A fashion school dropout hired by Cecilia one year ago after coming through the door as a terrified client, Zoya serves as both office receptionist and Spirit Photographer. Blessed with “magic fingers” that allow digital cameras to photograph ghosts when in her hands, Zoya quickly became essential to both the office’s workflow and Jude’s Great Work. Unbeknownst to Cecilia, they are collaborating after-hours on a photography book designed to be The Proof the world needs to legitimize the Great Work to the culture at large. The romantic crackle between her and Jude is thick as their work together lets her see the True Jude, but both are determined not to jeopardize their working relationship before the book’s completion. Cecilia is convinced the two of them are already fucking and blames her for the marriage’s collapse.
